Pakistan, Nov. 25 -- Security forces on Tuesday thwarted a major sabotage attempt targeting the Quetta-bound Jaffar Express after an explosive device was found planted on the railway track in Balochistan's Naseerabad district

Police officials said unidentified attackers had placed the bomb near Dera Murad Jamali in an attempt to hit the passenger train, which was traveling from Lahore. The device was discovered just minutes before the train was due to pass through the area.
