Pakistan, June 10 -- Pakistan's Information Minister Attaullah Tarar has said that security forces carried out precision strikes along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border, killing 26 militants in operations targeting what authorities described as terrorist hideouts and training facilities.

In a statement posted on social media, the minister said the strikes were conducted in response to recent terrorist incidents inside Pakistan. He said the operations were "precise and calibrated," based on credible intelligence, and targeted safe havens used by militant groups.
