Pakistan, Oct. 4 -- A second suspected robber involved in a Rs1.5 million robbery was killed in an exchange of fire with the Crime Control Department (CCD) in Multan.

According to sources, the killed suspect and his accomplices had looted a trader of Rs1.5 million at gunpoint three days ago in the jurisdiction of Shah Rukn-e-Alam Police Station. Following the robbery, the CCD launched an operation to trace the suspects. During an encounter a day earlier, one of the robbers was killed in retaliatory firing, while another suspect managed to flee the scene.
