Pakistan, Aug. 11 -- Scotland and the Netherlands have criticised the International Cricket Council over major changes to the 2027 ODI World Cup format. The two associate nations said the decision was announced too late and without proper consultation. They warned that the changes could reduce opportunities for emerging cricket nations. Both boards also questioned the process used by the ICC to approve the new structure.
