Pakistan's Saleema Imtiaz will achieve a major milestone in her umpiring career as she takes the field in her first-ever ODI bilateral series between Pakistan and South Africa next month. The Pakistan Cricket Board confirmed that the three-match women's series will be played at Lahore's Gaddafi Stadium from 16 to 22 September.
Saleema, who is part of the ICC International Panel of Umpires, will join Australia's Claire Polosak, another highly respected umpire from the same panel. Polosak, returning to Pakistan after her successful stint in Karachi last year, will officiate as an on-field umpire in all three ODIs.
