Pakistan, Sept. 17 -- The Kremlin has warned that new US sanctions could complicate efforts to end the Ukraine war. Russia issued the warning after the US House approved a sweeping sanctions package. The bill now awaits President Donald Trump's decision. Moscow says new measures could make peace efforts more difficult.
