Speaking in New Delhi on Monday, Rubio said the US would give negotiations every opportunity to succeed. He noted discussions included reopening the Strait of Hormuz and launching serious nuclear negotiations. Rubio described the current proposal as a meaningful and time-limited framework for diplomacy.
