Pakistan, June 4 -- Punjab Police continues to undertake vigorous welfare measures for its personnel and their families. In continuation of these initiatives, Punjab Police has spent a total of more than Rs. 970 million on the welfare and well-being of police personnel and their families during the current year.

Providing details, the Punjab Police Spokesperson said that more than Rs. 301.7 million has been disbursed in the form of educational scholarships for the children of police employees. More than Rs. 261.3 million has been provided to the daughters of police employees in the form of wedding gifts.
