Pakistan, Oct. 7 -- The Lahore High Court has set aside a decision directing the registration of a case against Rimsha Iqbal, sister of actress Momina Iqbal, providing her major relief in an ongoing legal dispute.

Justice Abher Gul announced the reserved verdict on Rimsha's appeal and accepted her petition challenging the earlier order passed by the sessions court.

Rimsha, who is a lawyer, had approached the high court after a sessions court directed authorities to register a case against her. The dispute involves Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) MPA Saqib Chadhar and allegations surrounding Rs 8 million allegedly deposited into Rimsha's bank account.
