Pakistan, May 1 -- Israel has reportedly supplied advanced air defence systems to the United Arab Emirates during the Iran conflict, according to a British newspaper report. The deployment is said to include laser-based and surveillance technologies designed to counter drone and missile threats. The claims have not been independently verified.

The report states that Israel provided a system called "Spectro" to enhance early detection capabilities. It is designed to identify incoming drones at distances of up to 20 kilometres. The system is believed to be effective against threats such as Shahed-type drones.
