Pakistan, Nov. 6 -- Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice has filed for bankruptcy, reporting more than $3.45 million in debts. The 26-year-old submitted the filing in a Texas federal court on November 4, 2026. Court documents show his reported assets total $677,054, including $421,825 in deferred compensation. The filing also lists several financial obligations linked to ongoing and settled civil lawsuits.

Rice filed his petition in the Northern District of Texas bankruptcy court. He stated that more than $2.1 million of his debts relate to plaintiffs involved in civil cases.
