Pakistan, Aug. 5 -- The Punjab Ring Road Authority (PRRA) has launched a comprehensive strategy aimed at strengthening its financial base through the commercial utilisation of service areas, advertising rights and access (NOC) fees, while pledging that the additional revenue will be utilised for road maintenance, lighting and infrastructure improvements.

Speaking to Daily Times, PRRA Chairman Safiullah Gondal said the authority had begun activating several revenue streams that had existed under the legal framework for years but had remained largely untapped.
