Pakistan, July 9 -- The Punjab Land Records Authority has revised service charges for a range of land administration services, including property transfer, registration and land record issuance, for the fiscal year 2026-27. The updated fee structure has taken effect immediately across Punjab.

According to an official notification, the revised charges apply to services such as land record copies, property transfers, mutations, e-registration and bank verification, with separate rates introduced for domestic users and overseas Pakistanis.
