Pakistan, July 24 -- Punjab has launched its first portable X-ray service for wildlife, marking a significant advancement in veterinary care for wild animals. The initiative aims to improve on-site diagnosis and reduce stress during medical treatment.

The Punjab Wildlife and Parks Department introduced the new service through the modern Wildlife Hospital at Lahore Safari Zoo. A veterinary team visited Lahore Zoo to examine several animals using the portable X-ray equipment.
