Pakistan, March 18 -- The Punjab government has officially announced a five-day holiday schedule for Eid-ul-Fitr 2026, providing citizens ample time to celebrate the festival with family and loved ones. The holidays will begin on March 19 and continue through March 21.

Although Sunday will remain a regular weekly day, the upcoming Monday has been designated as Pakistan Day, effectively creating a continuous five-day holiday period for public and private sector employees. Authorities urged businesses and offices to plan accordingly.
