Pakistan, Sept. 18 -- The benchmark KSE-100 Index of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) witnessed a bullish trend on Thursday, gaining 1,021.40 points, a positive change of 0.61 percent, to close at 169,043.20 points against 168,021.80 points recorded in the previous trading session.

The ready market witnessed a trading volume of 386.368 million shares, compared to 356.138 million shares traded in the previous session, while the traded value increased to Rs20.091 billion from Rs19.487 billion.

Market capitalisation increased to Rs18.847 trillion from Rs18.721 trillion recorded a day earlier.
