Pakistan, July 22 -- The benchmark KSE-100 Index of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) turned around to bearish trend on Wednesday, losing 1,703.64 points, a negative change of 0.97 percent, to close at 174,429.93 points against 176,133.57 points recorded on the previous trading day.

During the session, the ready market recorded a trading volume of 695.697 million shares with a traded value of Rs25.404 billion, compared to 1.003 billion shares valuing Rs35.702 billion in the previous session. The market capitalization stood at Rs19.626 trillion, down from Rs19.790 trillion a day earlier.
