Pakistan, Sept. 17 -- The benchmark KSE-100 Index of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) witnessed a bearish trend on Wednesday, losing 1,370.52 points, a negative change of 0.81 percent, to close at 168,021.80 points against 169,392.33 points recorded in the previous trading session.
The ready market witnessed a trading volume of 356.138 million shares, compared to 372.016 million shares traded in the previous session, while the traded value increased to Rs 19.487 billion from Rs 17.210 billion. Market capitalisation declined to Rs 18.721 trillion from Rs 18.857 trillion recorded a day earlier.
