Pakistan, Sept. 10 -- President Asif Ali Zardari has returned to Pakistan after completing a private visit to UK, the Presidency said Thursday. Zardari travelled to the United Kingdom on August 27 for his first visit there in about six years. He stayed in London for more than a week before returning home. Before leaving Britain, the president told Geo News that he was in good health. "By the grace of Allah, I am well," he said.

The president also described his stay in London as pleasant. However, he avoided commenting on Pakistan's political situation. He also declined to discuss the ongoing debate over creating new provinces and administrative units. The issue has recently...
