Pakistan, Oct. 11 -- The Crime Control Department (CCD) raided the Lahore home of Aqeel, known as Goggi Butt, on Friday. However, police did not arrest anyone during the search. Authorities said Goggi Butt was not at home and is currently in hiding. They expect to catch him soon with the help of mobile tracking and other technology.

Goggi Butt is a prime suspect in the murder case of Amir Balaj. He remains on interim bail but faces arrest in other cases. The raid was linked to a separate investigation, not the main murder case. Meanwhile, the CCD confirmed that Khawaja Tarif Gulshan, aka Teefi Butt, a top accused, was killed during a police encounter.
