Pakistan, Nov. 28 -- The ruling PML-N's numerical strength in the National Assembly increased to 131 on Thursday after five newly elected members from Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa took oath. The oath was administered by NA Speaker Ayaz Sadiq, following which the MNAs signed the official roll. Those sworn in included Daniyal Ahmed, Muhammad Noman, Mehmood Qadir, Babar Nawaz and Muhammad Tufail.
However, one MNA-elect, Muhammad Bilal Badar, could not take oath as the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has yet to issue his victory notification.
