Pakistan, July 28 -- Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is expected to decide the future of the Brownfield Refinery Policy as the Cabinet Committee on Energy (CCoE) meets to consider amendments that could affect billions of dollars in refinery upgrade investments. The proposed changes are aimed at removing long-standing implementation hurdles after consultations with the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA), the Finance Division and petroleum industry stakeholders.
