Pakistan, Nov. 2 -- Senior PML-N leader Malik Sultan Mahmood Hunjra called on Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday. During the meeting, Malik Sultan Mahmood Hunjra appreciated the government's initiatives for national development and public welfare.

The two sides discussed the overall political situation in the country, organizational affairs of the PML-N and other matters of mutual interest.

Separately, Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov.
