Pakistan, April 29 -- Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met a high-level European Union delegation and representatives of major European companies in Islamabad on Tuesday to discuss strengthening trade, investment, and economic cooperation between Pakistan and the EU.

The meeting took place at the Prime Minister House during the delegation's visit to Pakistan for the EU-Pakistan Business Forum. The group was led by Peteris Ustubs, Director for Asia Pacific at the European Commission's Directorate-General for International Partnerships.
