Pakistan, July 30 -- Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has directed authorities to strengthen the QR code-based complaint system at Pakistani embassies worldwide. The move aims to improve services for overseas Pakistanis. The prime minister said efficient public service remains a government priority.

Shehbaz issued the directives during a meeting attended by officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Information Technology, and other departments. He instructed authorities to display QR codes prominently at all embassies and high commissions. He also ordered a public awareness campaign to promote the system.
