Islamabad, Oct. 7 -- Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif and President Asif Ali Zardari held a meeting on Tuesday. They agreed to continue consultations before taking any constitutional or legal steps. The meeting focused on the country's political and security situation. Senior leaders from both parties also attended the meeting. The leaders reviewed recent political developments and discussed possible responses to emerging challenges. They also stressed the importance of continued coordination between state institutions and political leadership.
