Pakistan, July 13 -- NEW DELHI - A preliminary report on the tragic Air India crash from last month, which killed 260 people, has highlighted confusion in the cockpit moments before the Boeing 787 Dreamliner went down. According to India's Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB), both engine fuel cutoff switches were accidentally flipped shortly after takeoff, causing the engines to lose fuel and power. This led to a dramatic loss of thrust and ultimately the crash of the jetliner that was en route to London from Ahmedabad.
