Pakistan, Aug. 4 -- Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has denied reports that he submitted his resignation amid rising military tensions with the United States. He said he would continue his duties and remain committed to his role.

In a televised speech on Tuesday, Pezeshkian said he would publicly announce any decision to resign. According to the official IRNA news , he rejected claims that he planned to leave office.

Pezeshkian also denied reports of disagreements with Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei and Iran's armed forces. Moreover, he said state institutions were working together and maintaining coordination during the current situation.
