Pakistan, Aug. 12 -- The federal government has reduced petrol prices by Rs1.70 per litre from August 12. However, it increased the price of high-speed diesel by Rs1.39 per litre. Petrol will now cost Rs325.92 per litre. Diesel will be available at Rs382.25 per litre. The Petroleum Division announced the revised prices on Tuesday. The new rates will apply under the government's daily fuel pricing mechanism.
