Pakistan, July 28 -- Miscellaneous applications seeking an early hearing of sentence suspension petitions filed by convicted lawyers Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha in the controversial tweets case have been moved before the Islamabad High Court. The applications, filed through Advocates Faisal Siddiqui and Zainab Janjua, submitted that the sentence suspension petitions were fixed for hearing on July 24, during which the prosecution had raised objections to their maintainability.
