Pakistan, July 28 -- The Pakistan Cricket Board introduced a new fitness policy on Tuesday for players across all levels of domestic cricket. The framework aims to standardize fitness testing and better prepare players for the physical demands of modern cricket.

According to the PCB, Director of Sports and Exercise Medicine Javed Mughal developed the policy. The board said the two-tier assessment system is designed to be simple, reliable, consistent, and aligned with international cricket standards.
