Pakistan, Oct. 6 -- The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) will take administrative control of Hyderabad's historic Niaz Stadium for 20 years under an agreement with the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (HMC). The agreement will give the PCB full authority over the venue's management and commercial activities.

According to HMC, the PCB will pay Rs10,000 in monthly rent for the stadium. The municipal corporation will also receive 20% of the venue's gate-ticket revenue. However, ownership of the historic ground will remain with the HMC under the long-term arrangement.
