ISLAMABAD, Aug. 31 -- Parliamentary committees have questioned the investigation into the deadly Pims fire. The blaze killed 14 infants at the hospital in Islamabad. Members raised concerns about missing CCTV footage and unclear details about the nursery. They also questioned the exact number of infants present during the incident.
