Pakistan, Aug. 12 -- Paramount Skydance is considering moving its operations out of California as an antitrust dispute threatens to complicate its proposed deal with Warner Bros. Discovery.

Chief Executive David Ellison reportedly warned that Paramount could begin the process of leaving California from October 1 if the company cannot reach an agreement with state officials by September 30.

The dispute centres on an antitrust lawsuit filed in July by California Attorney General Rob Bonta and 11 other state attorneys general. The states are seeking to block the proposed merger between Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery.
