Pakistan, June 6 -- A seven-month-old Palestinian infant was killed and his parents were injured after Israeli forces opened fire on their vehicle in the Tel Rumeida area of Hebron in the occupied West Bank, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry.

The ministry identified the infant as Sam Abu Haikal. His father, Fahd Abdul Aziz Abu Haikal, is a lecturer at Bethlehem University and lives with his family in Bethlehem. The family was reportedly travelling to visit relatives in the Tel Rumeida neighborhood when the incident occurred on Friday.
