Pakistan, Sept. 2 -- Pakistani martial artist Irfan Mehsood has added another Guinness World Record to his growing list of international achievements by performing 38 full-extension one-hand punches while holding a 10-kilogram weight in one minute. According to the Guinness World Records certificate, the previous record was 30 punches, which Mehsood surpassed by completing 38 punches in the one-minute challenge in Dera Ismail Khan on March 19, 2026.
