Pakistan, June 24 -- Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar on Tuesday said Pakistan supports free and uninterrupted passage through the Strait of Hormuz. He stressed that no tolls, service fees, or restrictions should be imposed on shipping traffic. The statement underscores Pakistan's stance on safeguarding global energy and trade routes.
Speaking in an interview with Al Arabiya, Dar confirmed that maritime traffic in the Strait of Hormuz remains stable. He said vessels continue to move in both directions without disruption. He added that trade flow is essential for regional and global economic stability.
