Pakistan, June 30 -- The Karachi terror attack prompted Pakistan to summon the Afghan Charge d'Affaires to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and issue a formal demarche after alleging the involvement of Afghan nationals in the incident. Pakistan also conveyed its protest to Afghan authorities through diplomatic channels.

According to the Foreign Office spokesperson, Pakistan lodged a strong protest with the Afghan diplomat over the Karachi terror attack. At the same time, Pakistan's Ambassador to Afghanistan, Ubaid Ur Rehman Nizamani, delivered a formal protest note to the Afghan Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kabul.
