Pakistan, Aug. 4 -- Pakistan has formally asked China to complete the refinancing of a $1.3 billion commercial loan at the earliest. Officials hope the funds will strengthen the country's foreign exchange reserves. Meanwhile, both sides are working to finalize the remaining terms and conditions.
