Pakistan, Aug. 6 -- Pakistan's textile exports surged by an impressive 33.7 percent in July 2025, reaching $1.69 billion compared to $1.27 billion in the same month last year. This strong growth reflects the sector's recovery and increasing global demand.

The All Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA) reported that textile exports have fluctuated in recent years, standing at $1.47 billion in July 2021-22, $1.48 billion in 2022-23, and dipping to $1.31 billion in 2023-24 before this significant rise.

In the full fiscal year 2024-25, Pakistan's textile exports grew by 7.39 percent, totaling $17.887 billion, up from $16.656 billion in 2023-24. This steady progress shows the growing strength of the textile industry in the country.
