Pakistan, June 17 -- Pakistan's information technology sector achieved a major milestone during the current fiscal year, with exports rising 20% during the first 11 months and reaching a record $4.19 billion. The increase added nearly $710 million compared with the same period last year, highlighting the growing importance of digital services in the country's export landscape.

The strong performance reflects continued expansion in software development, information technology services and freelance earnings.
