The initiative aims to make citizen services more organized, accessible, and user-friendly. Authorities say the upgrade will improve efficiency and digital access nationwide.

The new platform integrates key services including CNIC, NICOP, POC, and Family Registration Certificates. It allows users to access multiple identity services through one unified system. Officials said this will reduce processing time and improve service delivery.
