Pakistan, Dec. 22 -- The Pakistan Passport Department has launched a new system to monitor applications, printing, and overall performance. The initiative aims to improve efficiency and provide real-time updates on passport processing and delivery.
A 24/7 monitoring room has been established at the headquarters under the directives of DG Passport. The room uses a digital integrated dashboard to track daily operations and evaluate performance at each stage.
The new system allows authorities to monitor passport applications from submission to delivery in real time. It also provides automated alerts for crowd management at passport offices and tracks staff performance and printing operations.
