Pakistan, July 17 -- Pakistan hosted and chaired the 12th meeting of the Heads of Border Services of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) member states on Friday. The meeting focused on strengthening regional security cooperation and improving coordination among border authorities.

According to the Foreign Office, senior officials from Belarus, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan attended the meeting. Representatives from the SCO Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure (RATS) also participated.
