Pakistan, Dec. 18 -- Pakistan has strongly condemned India's sudden alteration of the River Chenab's flow, calling it a violation of the Indus Waters Treaty (IWT) and urging the international community to take notice. Foreign Office spokesperson Tahir Hussain Andarabi described the move as unacceptable, stressing that no unilateral action regarding shared rivers is permissible under international law.
