Pakistan, July 13 -- President Asif Ali Zardari's recent four-day visit to the Kyrgyz Republic was significant for more than one reason. It marked the first visit by a Pakistani head of state to Kyrgyzstan in over two decades and came at a time when Pakistan is actively pursuing a geoeconomic foreign policy aimed at expanding trade, connectivity, and regional cooperation.
