Pakistan, July 11 -- Pakistan and Saudi Arabia on Saturday called for maximum restraint amid renewed tensions between the United States and Iran, expressing concern over escalating hostilities in the region. Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan stressed the importance of dialogue and mediation. The development comes despite a previously signed Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding aimed at reducing tensions.
