Pakistan, May 8 -- Federal Minister for Petroleum Ali Pervaiz Malik and Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (SA) to Pakistan Nawaf bin Said Al-Malki on Thursday discussed matters of mutual interest and agreed to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the energy sector.
During the meeting, the minister expressed gratitude to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its continued support in meeting Pakistan's energy requirements.
He particularly acknowledged the special treatment accorded to Pakistan in petroleum supplies, which has significantly contributed to addressing the country's energy needs during the current challenging times.
