Pakistan, June 3 -- Pakistan and Rwanda have signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen cooperation in nuclear safety and radiation protection, marking a new phase of regulatory collaboration between the two countries. The agreement aims to enhance institutional coordination and promote safer practices in the peaceful use of nuclear technology. Officials described the development as an important step in bilateral technical engagement.
The MoU was signed at the Pakistan Nuclear Regulatory Authority headquarters in Islamabad between PNRA Chairman Zia Hussain Shah and Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority Deputy Director General Claude Nkosi.
