Pakistan, Dec. 25 -- The Pakistan and Oman navies signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on maritime information sharing on December 24, 2025. The agreement aims to enhance mutual maritime awareness and strengthen regional security. The MoU was signed at the Naval Headquarters in Islamabad by Admiral Naveed Ashraf and Rear Admiral Saif Bin Nasser Bin Mohsin Al Rahbi.
During his visit, the Omani naval chief praised the professionalism of the Pakistan Navy and acknowledged its continued role in ensuring maritime security and stability. Both sides discussed matters of mutual interest, regional maritime security, and bilateral naval cooperation.
